Now that the Christmas tree is down and Brady is wanting to be in the upward position more, we decided to bring a couple things up from storage in the basement. We first brought up his jumperoo (great deal on EBay when Tyler was a baby). Tyler cannot get into the jumperoo, but he loves to "help" Brady bounce in it. A couple days later we brought up a walker (garage sale buy when Tyler was a baby). Brady LOVES the walker. It is now his favorite place to be. And, Tyler LOVES to push Brady in the walker. The first day that it was in the living room, Tyler pushed Brady around for awhile. When it was time for Brady to go down for a nap, Tyler tried it out himself. As you can see below, he is a bit too big for it, but he loved to get in and out (or try to). There were a few times that I had to help him out because he would get stuck! :)

BRADY 4 MONTHS OLD!
Brady turned 4 months old on Christmas Day. It's amazing how many new things he learns and how quick he learns them!
His fist is constantly in his mouth.
First time trying rice cereal.

I take the picture on the same blanket each month so that we can see how much he has grown and changed. I did this with Tyler, also. It's so fun to look back each month to see the changes.
NEW YEAR'S EVE
We were on our own this New Year's. The past four we have spent with our friends Luke and Jessica McCabe. They were planning on coming this year, but their 9 month old, Dylan, got sick. Jessica called me Wednesday morning and told me about Dylan and we were both really sad that we weren't going to be able to spend New Year's together. So, Lee and I put the boys to bed at their normal times and we watched two movies before the countdown to 2010. The movies were great and we were in bed shortly after midnight! It was a good night, but we really did miss our friends. Do you know how hard it is to try to find people to come and hang out with us and our two kids on New Year's Eve? Well, it is, and that's why it was just us. But, we made the most of it and had a good time. Happy 2010! Luckily, Luke, Jessica, and Dylan will be here in 2 weeks to come visit us! Yeah! Can't wait to see them!

FREESE FAMILY CHRISTMAS
Since we had Lee's family staying at our house during Christmas, we did Christmas with my mom, brother, and dad the weekend before Christmas at our house. Again, we are so thankful that they came to us! It makes things so much easier. Thank you, Mom, Dad, and Josh for coming to us!
Santa Clause visited us a couple times this year. Friday night Tyler placed some cookies and chocolate milk in a sippy cup for Santa and then some carrots for the reindeer, under the tree.
Saturday morning, Tyler saw so many presents and a few from Santa. He was very excited!!!
Tyler took some gifts that Santa brought him to show Grandma.
Blue Monkeys in the Barrell from Santa. The most simplest gift, but he loves them!
UNI jersey from his Uncle Josh! Very Cool!
Lightning McQueen remote control car from Grandma!
Brady just chilled in his Bumbo while we opened gifts. He is the most content, happy baby!
Tyler with his new choo choo train set from Grandma. Look at that smile!
Tyler and Brady checking Cash out. Cash is Josh's dog that was here with us for the weekend.
Tyler opening Grandma's gift. We got her a new, and much needed, camera.
Mom bought us scrach offs, in hopes that we would win some big money. Lee and Josh each won a whopping $3, so they walked to the gas station to get some more with their winnings. Second round wasn't as lucky. Neither of them won a penny.

We were very thankful that Lee's whole family (+ Matt's girlfriend, Laura) made the drive to our house this year for Christmas. Flying or driving to Tennessee with a 2 year old and 4 month old just wasn't something Lee and I were up for. So...thank you, Reynolds' for making the trip!
This is our two boys on Christmas Eve. They sure are cute!
I'm getting some snuggle time with my big boy!
Christmas Morning. Tyler showing Dad some things that Santa brought him.
Play-doh and Whac-a-Mole. Some things from Santa.
Drum set from Uncle Mitch. Just wait until he gets married and has kids!!!
Dad and Tyler playing Whac-a-Mole. Brady observing.
This elf hat was a gift from Lee's aunt Mary. It sings a catchy tune and the bell and top part of the hat move back and forth. I will attach a video soon. This hat is awesome!!! Tyler absolutely loves it, too!

We are so thankful for what we have! What a great Christmas with our two boys!We had such a wonderful 3 days with Lee's family. We were able to go to church service on Christmas Eve. I'm pretty sure that the whole church had their eyes on us at some point during the service. We sat in a pew on the side of the church, but up front. So, everyone was able to see us. I'm sure they enjoyed watching Lee and I juggle our two kids and seeing us feed Tyler snack after snack after snack to keep him quiet and busy. At the end of the service Father asked the kids to come up for a Christmas story. We tried to get Tyler to go up to listen to the book. He made it to the next front pew, which had a little girl his age their with her parents. (We do know them.) Anyway, he walked back and forth from our pew to theirs throughout the whole story. It got a few chuckles from everyone.
It was great to watch Tyler open his gifts this year. He was so excited about all his gifts (besides clothes) that it was just a joy to watch his expression when he opened the next gift. We are so thankful for all the gifts that he received from all of our friends and family! Thank You!
