After the Fall Run, we quickly went home to get ready and then took off for Cedar Falls. When we got into town we went straight to The OP on the Hill and met Josh, Liz, Delaney, and Dad there for pizza. We had an amazing lunch with the family and loved having OP pizza! After lunch Lee and I took the boys to University Book and Supply to get UNI foam fingers and some UNI tattoos for the football game. Then we went to tailgate with some guys that played football with Lee. The kids had a great time playing football in the parking lot and running around in the practice field.
This was only our second game that we have gone to with the kids. The first being when Brady was 1! And that’s probably why it took us so long to go back! But, this time around, the kids had a blast! They, of course, got spoiled throughout the game. Not only did they get their foam fingers, but during the game they got popcorn, hot dogs, chips, and purple and gold ice cream! Why wouldn’t they have a great time?!? And with all that food, I really think they even watched the game! UNI took the win that Saturday, which made it even better!
Can’t wait to do it again!

Brady is amazing at finding friends wherever we are! He hit it off big with one of the other guys little girls who was Brady’s age. They walked from the parking lot all the way to the Dome with both of their hands in the one foam finger and yelling “Go UNI!” the entire time. It was too cute!
Look at those happy smiles! I love it!
And I didn’t get myself one of those ice creams, but both boys let me try theirs and it was delicious!
During the end of the 3rd quarter we moved our way down to the front. The boys loved it even more!
We even took them out onto the field after the game. They ran around, tackled each other, and had a blast!
It was a great, great, great day!
