THANKFUL

We have so much to be thankful for, not just at Thanksgiving, but each day we get to spend with each other.
Our Thanksgiving was filled with family and fun!
The boys and I made it to Mom’s house Wednesday afternoon.  We spent the evening hanging out at her house, relaxing, and preparing some food for the next day.  Lee made it Wednesday night after he got off of work.
Thursday was spent watching a lot of football, with a Bear’s win!, and eating a lot of food.  Judy, Rex, Kendall, Brenda, Grandma Kriz, Rachel, Kellan, and Quincy, made the trip to Iowa City to spend Thanksgiving with us.

Lee and I went out to do just a little Black Friday shopping on Thursday night.  We made it to Younker’s by 5:00 and were back home by 6:30 or so.  Just a quick trip.

Friday morning, Grandma Mary and I took Tyler and Brady to a 9:00 AM movie of The Good Dinosaur.  Such a cute movie!  After the movie, Lee, Josh, Liz, and Delaney met us out at the mall to see Santa Claus and visit Build-A-Bear.

Grandma Mary treated all three kids to a new Build-A-Bear.  It was Delaney’s first experience!  She didn’t really know what to think, but she walked away with a very cute, cuddly, and colorful bear named Cherry.

Rita came over Friday night to visit.  She brought each of the kids a little gift.  The boys each got a lego box and Delaney got a baby with a bottle.  She LOVES it!

Sleeping at Grandma's, in her bedroom, and with their new Build-A-Bears!  Perfect!

We all left Saturday morning to drive back home.  After naps, we started setting up all of our Christmas decorations and tree!
