Tyler competed in the school spelling bee on May 12th. They took the top 2 spellers from each classroom to be able to compete up against the whole school, 1st-3rd grades.
His words were chalk, touch, and starry. He made it to the third round, but spelled starry with just the one ‘r’. He handled himself well and got a medal for doing so well!
We were all so proud!
And of course we got to stop at Culver’s after school for some ice cream to treat them to such an awesome day!
